About the opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. With a focus on UI Design and User Experience you will have an eye for detail with brilliant visual design skills.
You will be a proven Product Owner with a strong leaning towards great design. You’ll be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the core needs of the customer.
This role will be a key element in our Product team working with customers, the wider business and an international development team.
We recognise that clear design and ease of use is key to our next stage growth. This role will own harmonising and modernising the product set, evolving it with clean, appealing design and ensuring simplicity of use. You will own the success of these functions throughout the current portfolio and our future associated products.
You will produce, analyse, define and refine the future and current product designs across the whole portfolio. That means working with multiple scrum teams across multiple products. You’ll rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions to build consensus and a unified adopted standard.
What we need you to do
You’ll be designing and resculpting products used by thousands of end users of varying capabilities and roles. You’ll optimise their user journeys to get to the heart of needs whilst delighting them with simple appealing design. You will:
You’ve been there and done it – you’re an experienced Product Owner come Designer with a proven history of product delivery via SCRUM methodology. This will preferably be within a Cloud/SaaS orientated business. You’ll also have a sound understanding of the full SDLC and product lifecycles.
